Each year, USC enrolls the world’s best and brightest students, yet many of them face formidable financial obstacles in pursuit of their educational goals. Although USC has a long tradition of meeting 100 percent of financial need—in the form of grants, scholarships, and/or loans—we can, and we must, do better to reduce the financial burden on our students. Endowed scholarships and fellowships, as well as forms of current student support, are among the best guarantees that tomorrow’s deserving students will be able to pursue a USC education. In the years ahead, USC will seek gifts for scholarships and student support to advance this critical priority.
