Our Move to the Big Ten

  • Our move to the Big Ten continues USC’s commitment to put students first.
  • Our student-athletes have earned the right to compete at the highest level, with the greatest exposure and the best levels of support.
  • The Big Ten aligns with our values of academic excellence and athletic competitiveness for student-athletes—and provides enhanced exposure and growth opportunities for USC’s student-athletes.

Rawlinson Stadium: A New Home for Women’s Soccer and Lacrosse

  • Scheduled to open in 2025, Rawlinson Stadium will feature a capacity of 2,500 for game days and the latest in spectator amenities.
  • The stadium was made possible by a $10 million gift from the Fritz B. Burns Foundation and support from Folt’s presidential fund.
  • Student-athletes will benefit from a natural grass playing surface, dedicated locker rooms for the soccer and lacrosse teams, as well as a team meeting area, a sports medicine space, and a nutrition fueling bar.

A Game-Changing Football Performance Center

  • USC football’s new performance center will include three levels dedicated to team operations as well as a rooftop hospitality deck and player lounge.
  • USC Athletics is also adding a second full-length practice field, which players will access directly from the performance center.
  • The new complex will feature a new locker room, multiple player lounges, a recovery hub, nutritional support, sports sciences services, a weight room, a state-of-the-art training room, and more.

These and other improvements—including the renovation of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and the renaming of Allyson Felix Field—build on USC’s commitment to elevating the student-athlete experience through sustainable and student-focused initiatives.
