USC Football exemplifies excellence and tradition in college athletics. More than 77,000 avid Trojan fans pack the Coliseum during games to watch the relentless pursuit of victory and pride. For over 25 years, Chad and Cari Peets have been unwavering supporters, cheering from the 50-yard line and embodying the Trojan spirit.

As a USC undergraduate, Chad Peets never missed a football game. Now that he and his wife, Cari, are proud Trojan parents, with their daughter Catherine attending the USC Marshall School of Business, they have continued to support Trojan Football—one of USC’s most powerful and unifying forces.

Chad and Cari Peets have built a legacy on and off the field. Their generous gifts have helped USC renovate the iconic Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and transform it into a top-tier stadium. The Peets also were among the first supporters for Rawlinson Stadium, the new home of USC women’s soccer and lacrosse teams. When the House of Victory was created as the official USC partner for NIL (name, image and likeness) opportunities for USC student-athletes, the Peetses did not hesitate to contribute—ensuring that USC retains elite student-athletes and maintains competitive excellence.

Now, the Peetses are one of USC’s first Cornerstone Donors—a group of established benefactors who have contributed at least $10 million to support the new Ronald H. Bloom Football Performance Center, which broke ground Nov. 7 on the University Park Campus. As a foundation of President Carol Folt’s vision to position USC Athletics for continuous success, the Bloom Football Performance Center is a 160,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility scheduled to open in summer 2026.

The center will feature three levels dedicated to team operations, a rooftop hospitality deck and a player lounge. Student-athletes will enjoy two practice fields, a new locker room, a recovery hub, nutritional support, sports sciences services, a weight room, a training room and an equipment room. They will also have access to spaces for NIL activities, such as autograph signings and personal appearances.

“We’re thrilled to invest in a world-class facility that will provide the USC Trojan football program with remarkable resources for student-athletes, coaches and staff to achieve success,” Chad Peets said.

The Peetses’ long-standing commitment to supporting excellence transcends athletic endeavors on the field and extends to academic resources in the classroom. The couple has initiated plans for a gift that will expand USC Marshall’s offerings to provide undergraduates and graduate students a groundbreaking, multi-faceted venture capital and private equity program full of transformational opportunities. Their generosity also will support students pursuing careers in international nonprofit management and leadership through the USC Price School of Public Policy.

“We love being part of the Trojan Family and are dedicated to supporting all students at USC—including business students, future nonprofit leaders and student-athletes. We believe in the power of a USC degree and the value of the Trojan Family network, and we are so excited to contribute to the exceptional possibilities ahead,” Cari Peets said.

These possibilities will empower the next generation of USC students, and Chad Peets is committed to shaping their success. After earning a degree in finance from USC Marshall, he achieved tremendous success in venture capital as he led investments in software-as-a-service companies, such as Snowflake, and accelerated computing firms.

“My success started in the classrooms at USC and carried into my career through diligence, experience, and innovation,” he said. “I hope to provide the most valuable resources for USC students to ultimately succeed in their endeavors.”
