Make your reservation online using your USC Associates ID.

Please note that reservations must be made by noon on the Monday before game day, and are only guaranteed with full payment. We regret that we cannot offer refunds on picnic reservations.

Game Day Information

Picnic Location

All Picnics take place at Founders Park on the University Park Campus, on Trousdale Parkway between the Bovard Auditorium and Taper Hall.

Parking

Be sure to register for complimentary parking in advance of your arrival at the Royal Street Structure, which you can do when making picnic reservations.

Please enter through the Royal Street Gate on Jefferson Boulevard. The Royal Street Structure does not accept on-site payment for parking.

Shuttle to Coliseum

One-way shuttle service to the Coliseum is provided for Associates who need special assistance. The shuttle will depart for the Coliseum from the J-E-P House, located at 801 W. 34th Street at Trousdale Parkway, 45 minutes prior to kick-off, and drops guests off at Bill Robertson Lane and West 39th Street, near gate 17.

Coliseum Bag Policy

Safety enhancements at the Coliseum restrict the size and type of bags allowed in the stadium. Clear plastic tote bags measuring 12” x 6” x 12” will be permitted. More information can be found at L.A. Memorial Coliseum Building Policies.

Additional Information

All events are subject to local and USC public health guidelines.

Smoking, pets, and outside food or beverages are not allowed at the picnic.

Frequently Asked Questions

I can no longer attend the picnic. Can I receive a refund?

Unfortunately, no refunds are allowed. However, name changes are welcome by noon on the Friday prior to gameday by emailing uscassociates@usc.edu.

I already purchased picnic tickets. Can I change them to a different day?

Tickets are not transferable to a different picnic.

What happens if it rains?

Picnics are rain or shine! Please dress comfortably for the weather.

What if I have a large group?

Groups of 10 will have a reserved table.

I want to attend the football game after the picnic. Can I purchase both tickets at the same time?

Picnic reservations do not include football game tickets. Football tickets can be purchased here.
