The Moore family and K. Conly Chi bring one-of-a-kind opportunities to Trojans in business and real estate

The Moore Family gives students the world

The Moore Family London Scholars Program will take students for a transformative week to the birthplace of the insurance industry, including legendary Lloyd’s of London.

Dedicated USC supporters Davis and Diane Moore make it possible through their $1.5 million investment in risk management education at the USC Marshall School of Business. The Moores are members of the USC Parent Leadership Circle, and their daughters, Lindsay and Megan Moore, are USC Marshall alums.

Davis Moore is vice chairman of brokerage with Amwins, a global specialty insurance distributor, and president of Wholesale & Specialty Insurance Association. Diane Moore has a background in software engineering.

K. Conly Chi gives back for real estate education

Accomplished real estate professional and alumnus K. Conly Chi honed his knowledge at USC. Now his philanthropy has started the K. Conly Chi Student Speaker Series in Real Estate, a new endowment fund that supports speakers and programs on timely real estate development topics through the USC Price School of Public Policy.

Chi’s endowment was funded with a $1.5 million donation to USC, where he graduated with a master’s in real estate development. In addition to his generous support, he is an active member of the USC Price Real Estate Advisory Board.

The entrepreneur founded the real estate investment trust Mount Auburn Multifamily, then sold its assets in 2022 to Starwood Capital Group, and is now founder and principal of the firm W Equitas.
